Subscription Terms for Premium Membership

Scope

These Subscription Terms apply exclusively to the purchase and use of Premium Membership on MyDonorFamily.

By purchasing Premium Membership, you enter into a subscription agreement with MyDonorFamily.

Premium Membership Featuresw

Premium Membership includes:

• Full access to donor group content
• Viewing member information
• Uploading photos and content
• Messaging functionality
• Access to donor information shared in the group

Prices and Paymentw

Prices
Current prices are displayed on the Site and include VAT.

Payment Provider
Payments are processed securely via Quickpay.

Automatic Renewal
Premium Membership is a recurring subscription and renews automatically until cancelled.

By purchasing, you authorize MyDonorFamily to charge your selected payment method for each renewal period.

Subscription Period and Renewalw

After the initial subscription period, the subscription renews automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If we change the price or term, you will receive notice and may cancel before the next renewal.

Cancellationw

How to Cancel You may cancel by logging in and selecting “Cancel subscription and downgrade to free account”.

Effect of Cancellation Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Downgrade After cancellation, your account will revert to Basic Membership unless deleted.

Withdrawal Rightw

Premium Membership is a digital service.

By purchasing Premium Membership, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal lapses once access to the Premium content is granted.

Termination for Breach

We may suspend or terminate Premium Membership in case of material breach of the Terms or Code of Conduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Changes to Subscription Termsw

The Subscription Terms applicable to you are those in force at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by Danish law and disputes shall be settled at Aarhus Court.
