1. Scope

These Subscription Terms apply exclusively to the purchase, renewal and cancellation of Premium Membership on MyDonorFamily.

By purchasing Premium Membership, you enter into a subscription agreement with MyDonorFamily. These Subscription Terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Code of Conduct.

2. Premium Membership

Premium Membership gives access to the premium features available in the relevant donor group.

3. Price and Payment

Premium Membership costs 49 EUR per year unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through MyDonorFamily's payment provider. By purchasing Premium Membership, you authorise MyDonorFamily to charge your selected payment method for the initial subscription period and each renewal period unless cancelled in due time.

4. Subscription Period and Automatic Renewal

Premium Membership is billed annually.

The subscription renews automatically each year for a new annual period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

If we change the subscription price or other material subscription terms, we will give reasonable notice before the change takes effect. You may then cancel before the next renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time before the next renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and payments already made are non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.

After cancellation, your account will revert to Basic Membership unless you delete the account entirely.

6. Withdrawal Right

Premium Membership is a digital service.

By purchasing Premium Membership, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal lapses once access to the Premium content is granted.

7. Suspension or Termination of Premium Membership

We may suspend or terminate Premium Membership where reasonably necessary under the General Terms and Conditions of Use, including in case of serious or repeated breach of the Terms or the Code of Conduct. No refund will be provided unless required by mandatory law.

8. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by Danish law.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law.
